Solid brass hinges, not plated steel — for projects that want the warm antique look, and the weight that goes with it. Polished or antique, in the leaf sizes you specify.

Why specify brass

• The colour is the metal itself, so wear does not open up a different base material underneath
• Takes a high polish or a deliberate antique patina, and can be lacquered to hold the finish longer
• Heavier and warmer in the hand than a plated hinge — a visible difference on high-end interior work

Finish and size

Polished brass and antique tones, with or without a protective lacquer. Leaf length, leaf width, thickness and the fixing pattern are all made to your drawing or to the sample you send us. If the project needs the screws to match the hinge, say so when you ask for the quote.
