General Non-Standard Custom Hinges

A drawing, a sample, or even a photo of the door is enough to start. We work from your requirement, cut the die to your fixing pattern, and send a first-article sample for your approval before anything goes into mass production.

What we need from you

• Door leaf weight and size, and the opening angle the door has to reach
• Material and leaf thickness — SUS304, SUS201 or SPCC
• Finish and colour code: gold plated, satin chrome, electrophoretic black, brushed natural, antique bronze or antique copper
• Fixing pattern — or a drawing, a sample, or a photo of the existing hinge we can measure from
• Packing and branding, if the goods carry your own label

How it runs

Your requirement comes in and we come back with a die layout and a quotation. Once you approve the layout we cut the die, run a first-article sample and send it for your sign-off. Only after that does the order go to the press, then to finishing, inspection and packing.
